- Are inspirational technology leaders who combine technical expertise with people leadership, and are passionate about supporting and advocating for their teams.
- Have a broad and deep understanding of digital customer onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Are familiar with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric technologies that support secure, high-risk transactions.
- Have experience collaborating with fraud prevention teams.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, focusing on mutual accountability for tech delivery and value generation.
- Are experts in tech delivery, able to foster an engineering culture with DevSecOps practices across platforms and pipelines.
- Have a proven track record of large-scale agile delivery, including roadmap development, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Have experience delivering within funding allocations and managing downstream costs.
- Drive sustainable tech ecosystems through exceptional design, refactoring, and technical debt reduction—while ensuring best practices and governance.
- Are motivated by growing and developing people, taking ownership of performance management and career progression.
