_evelops, coaches and directs Front End Personnel._
- _ Provides feedback to promote teamwork and accountability._
- _ Monitors employee performance, reviews, assists Front End Manager with hiring and interviewing._
- _ Provides recommendations for resolving personnel issues and training._
- _ Implements and upholds proper safety procedures and standards._
- _ Coordinates employee tasks, timely breaks and number of registers needed to reduce lines and maintain efficiency._
- _ Resolves issues with the checkout process, verifies prices, overrides register system flags._
- _ Responds courteously to member complaints._
- _ Maintains MPU accounting for all merchandise within the MPU area._
- _ Performs support duties for the Front End Management Team._
- _ Schedules employees, makes supply orders, arranges for equipment maintenance and repair, performs merchandise return audits and oversees the Member Service employees as needed._
- _ Follows through and ensures employee participation with staffing and marketing promotions._
- _ Performs cashiering, boxing and other Front End duties as necessary._
- _ Provides and makes certain prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and suppliers._
- **_ ASSISTS IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS OF THE WAREHOUSE AS NECESSARY._**
- Ability to opreate the following :_
- Computer, printer, phone, calculator, cash register, 2-way Radio, cash machine, pallet jack and step ladder._

**_ Qualifications :_**
- Education/Training : Higher School Certificate or higher_
- Licenses/Certifications : First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)_
- Emergency Warden (or willing to obtain)_
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain)_
- Eperience/Skills : Supervisory, leadership or comparable experience_
- Basic knowledge of Goggle Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) & AS400_
- Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal & organisation skills_
- Problem solving and critical thinking_
- Basic math skills_
