Reporting in the HR Business Partner you will be focusing on providing comprehensive and customer focussed HR support and advice to employees and mangers across the business driving a positive culture. **Your key responsibilities include**:

- Providing HR Advice across HR operational matters
- Supporting the business across the employee life cycle with regards to recruitment, on boarding, reviews, and off boarding.
- Driving and supporting regular HR processes inclusive employee benefits program, workover case management and administration, pay run processing and employee engagement administration.
- Manage communicate and support all annual HR initiatives.
- Undertake health and safety initiatives.

**About you**:

- Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business related.
- Strong HR experience as a coordinator and or some advisory
- Industry experience within either manufacturing, transport, retail, or food related.
- Have strong interpersonal and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
