Our client, a leading mid tier Law Firm, has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and customer service focused individual to join their Client Services team as their Boardroom Waiter/Attendant.

The Client Services team is committed to, and prides themselves on providing all clients and visitors with uncompromising service in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to support the ‘front of house’ operations in the client reception and meeting/event areas and ‘back of house’ activities relating to the kitchen operations and preparation surrounding the firm's internal and external events.

**Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for;**
- providing a high standard of food and beverage service for internal events, client meetings and staff morning teas and lunches.
- assisting with the setting up/clearing of rooms for client and staff functions
- basic food preparation
- maintaining and replenishing supplies in staff kitchenettes
- ordering of catering and beverage supplies
- assisting with the service at client and staff functions

You will have access to a full commercial kitchen when catering for functions across the firm.

Please note that this role would suit someone who has the flexibility to work additional paid hours to cater for the events and functions when required.

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have;**
- experience in a similar role in a corporate/professional services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to quickly develop relationships and rapport with both internal and external clients, stakeholders and service providers.
- A demonstrated commitment to stakeholder and client service.
- Responsiveness and problem solving ability
- a pro-active and supportive team attitude
