About the School
Mitchelton State High School successfully blends excellence in academic performance, Creative Arts and Sports. Our school is set within 11 hectares of leafy landscaped grounds approximately 10km north-west of Brisbane. About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Building and ensuring a strong, equitable and inclusive environment to support a shared vision in raising the achievement of all students including high ability students.
- Monitoring, tracking, analysing and triangulating data to inform strategic direction and realise the intent of strategic planning.
- Leading a systematic approach to professional learning, coaching and mentoring to improve differentiated teaching and learning.
- Aligning the teaching, assessing and reporting of the Australian Curriculum for all students
- Leadership and oversight of the Year 9 cohort and school marketing
