**FULL TIME POSITION**
- Availability to work **SUNDAY** is essential

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Hire, train, and manage store employees, including setting schedules and overseeing performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop and manage the store budget, including controlling expenses.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaign
- Analyzed market trends and adjusted store offerings accordingly.
- Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service and operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered in the store.
- Engage with the local community to build the store’s reputation and customer base.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of store technology, such as **SMART RETAIL**POS system.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures for various scenarios, including natural disasters or security threats
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software SMART RETAIL: 2 years (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- High Risk Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
