We are looking for someone from Sydney to make the move up to Newcastle

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Ensure seamless day-end operations with successful software rollouts.
- Generate compliant daily reports, exceeding guest expectations in service.
- Lead training initiatives, create procedures, and drive new initiatives.
- Manage and maintain hotel assets in Front Office areas.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of the hotel and outlets, investigating discrepancies.
- Distribute reports within the hotel and to stakeholders.

**_What We Are Looking For:_**
- Passion for the service and hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in a hotel or similar setting, night supervisory roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current RSA and NSW license preferred.
