Hatch is supporting TikTok to find a great Monetization Strategy and Operations Analyst to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at TikTok**

You will be joining the Productivity & Efficiency team within the Australia and New Zealand Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This team plays a core role in driving business growth by identifying and executing process improvements and optimization initiatives through data-driven analytics. This highly organized and efficient professional must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be familiar with prioritising multiple business needs and be adaptable to change while working closely with cross-functional teams.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
