**Murrumba Downs Tavern** is looking for an enthusiastic casual **Bottleshop Attendant** to join our team and hit the ground running

Located in **Murrumba Downs**, we’re a passionate crew focused on service, creating a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for locals and visitors alike. We’re proud to be part of the local community—and now we’re looking for a new team member in the bottleshop to replace a valued staff member who is off to travel overseas

**About the Role**

As a **Bottleshop Attendant**, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Providing outstanding customer service
- Stocking, picking, unpacking and general inventory control
- Working both independently and within a collaborative team
- Helping us grow through product knowledge and customer engagement
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Operating POS systems and assisting with general retail operations

**Hours & Rosters**
- **30+ hours per week** available - flexible depending on your availability
- You choose**:5 to 35 hours/week** - Let us know your ideal schedule
- Rostering is across 7 days involving, **days, nights & weekends**

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- RSA Certificate (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred but not required)
- Previous bottle shop or hospitality experience is an advantage; however training will be provided
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and RTDs
- Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative

Supplementary Pay:
