UNIPAC supplies a full range of hand tools, equipment, and engineering services up to and including the design, layout, and complete turn-key fitouts for automotive workshops. Offering top-quality innovative equipment, we focus on workshop efficiency to help our clients improve internal processes and increase throughput in their workspaces. We are the official Australian distributor for high-quality tools and equipment brands such as Beta Tools and Bishamon hoists.

**THE ROLE**

The Admin & Accounts Coordinator is responsible for the company’s financial processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, and BAS lodgement. Liaising with clients and suppliers, you will also work with the team to ensure that the company’s operations are smooth and efficient. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include:
**Bookkeeping/Accounting**:
Using our ERP (Odoo):

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- GL/journal entries

**Payroll**:

- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Processing quarterly superannuation contributions

**Tax & Reporting**
- Lodging monthly BAS
- Coordinating with our external accountant for yearly income tax returns
- Preparing monthly financial reports for internal use

**Admin**
- Generating sales and purchase documents (i.e. Quotations, Purchase Orders, etc.)
- Filing and organising company documents
- Coordinating operations such as warehouse organisation, packing, and logistics

**Key Working Relationships**

You will need to develop and manage a range of internal and external relationships including:

- UNIPAC Engineering and Marketing teams
- Local and overseas suppliers
- Freight forwarders and local couriers
- B2B clients
- External accounting firm

**WHAT YOU BRING**

**Experience**
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting,
- or Finance
- Strong understanding of and experience with bookkeeping processes

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Clear and concise communication skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong numerical and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Time management
- Familiarity with ERPs and/or accounting systems

**Personal Attributes**
- Goal-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
- Can work in a strong team environment as well as independently to complete tasks
- Action-oriented; eager to jump in and is confident in expressing their opinions

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
