**Who are you?**

Well, firstly, if people generally describe you as:

- ** Pretty cluey** - and money smart (you know how a profitable sale needs to be put together);
- ** Goal driven** - you love winning (gracefully);
- An iron fist in a velvet glove - happy to state your professional opinion and stand your ground, in a **diplomatic**way;
- ** A natural socialiser**... you engage others in conversation with ease - but stay focused on the main thing;
- A 'tap dancer'... **you know when and how to be 'creative in the moment'** to secure a sale;
- Optimistic... but not blindly so. **Nobody pulls the wool over your eyes**;
- Action-oriented. **Decisive**.
- A client-advocate;
- Somewhat of **a natural leader** - you will happily own the sales function;
- A lover of facts, data, numbers - which is nicely balanced by a good 'EQ radar'.

If you have at least 3 years experience in selling luxury goods (ideally jewellery but we're flex on that) to discerning buyers, then perhaps we should meet.

**The role?**

Well, in simple terms you'll be helping make dreams come true. You'll be meeting with individuals and couples who are looking for something special. So, you'll be getting an understanding of what 'special' means, presenting and showcasing product, negotiating, managing margins, surprising and delighting with your exceptional customer service and closing sales. Of course there will be sales admin and CRM entry to complete and you'll be following up leads... all with a sense of style and sophistication, in our amazing showroom.
