**About us** The Beauty Chef is a global wellness brand based in Sydney, Australia, that creates ingestible and topical products to support your skin, gut health and wellbeing. Founded in 2009 by Carla Oates, The Beauty Chef was responsible for formulating the world’s first living, bio-fermented, probiotic inner beauty product and kickstarted a whole new category of ingestible beauty. The brand offering now spans a range of bio-fermented, probiotic-rich wholefood supplements and organic topical skincare products, with Carla working on her unique formulas with a team of leading microbiologists, naturopaths and nutritionists, employing cutting-edge research to develop products that support gut health and glowing skin. The Beauty Chef lives and breathes wellness and is looking for Sales Assistant to join the team. Key Responsibilities / Requirements: - Educate customers on the benefits of The Beauty Chef products - Commitment to delivering outstanding sales results - Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required - Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor and cashier desk - Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store and represent the image of the brand - Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment - Contribute to a positive team culture Qualifications and Competencies: - Strong communication skills and a professional manner - Previous experience in beauty - Minimum 2 years of sales experience - Flexible availability required - Flexible to work evenings and weekends - Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales - Must have a "can do" attitude and confident working in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously - Motivated and exceptionally organised Competitive remuneration and product allowances Values: We are PASSIONATE- Using our knowledge and insights to drive results We are SUPPORTIVE- Encouraging personal and professional growth to set each other up for success We are AUTHENTIC- Our care and consideration for our Brand as well as our team is genuine The Beauty Chef is proud of their commitment to diversity and equality of opportunity.
