**Who we’re looking for**:
A collaborative and consultative procurement leader who is commercially and analytically driven. You are a solid negotiator, who able to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions outcomes in a dynamic environment while leading a successful customer focused team. Our Procurement team needs leaders who foster passion, self-motivation, resilience while encouraging a one team culture.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As part of the Group Procurement leadership team, you will focus on establishing and maturing our procurement operations teams. You will aim to deliver a seamless purchasing experience with rigorous governance and spend controls. As you lead the establishment and development of a centralised procurement operations team your objective will be to streamline and optimise purchasing through Oracle and uncovering opportunities to deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and contract compliance.

Additionally you will also:

- Maintain a complete and accurate database and Vendor Master File ensuring effective control and reporting
- Create efficient end user purchasing experience
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction through excellent customer service and support
- Develop and maintain procurement operational assets
- Report and improve on key P2P metrics in collaboration with procurement peers

**What you need to be successful**:

- Hold a tertiary qualification in either commerce, economics or business
- An experienced procurement professional with over 8 years’ experience in category management or procurement operations
- Demonstrated in leading successful goal driven teams
- A strong understanding of Source to Pay value chain which includes interrelationship between systems, process and user experience
- You will have a detailed understanding of procurement and purchasing governance frameworks
