**YOUR ROLE**
We have a permenant opportunity within IAG as a Principal, Governance. The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to act as an expert advisor to senior executives, their leadership teams, support functions, and the group’s regulated entity boards, to embed and improve IAG’s accountability and role governance frameworks. In doing so, your role helps ensure strengthen governance, culture, accountability, and risk management within IAG, supporting delivery of IAG’s Purpose as well as customer, shareholder and regulatory expectations
**ABOUT YOU**
- You’ll have 10+ years’ experience in a Risk Management, Governance or HR-related role, either in a regulated organisation of significant complexity or consulting to such organisations.
- You have experience in designing and implementing frameworks, systems and processes to add practical value.
- You have the ability to think strategically and implement practically.
- You are outcomes focused, and results driven, proven success in the delivery of key programs of work.
- You’ll have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with at senior executive level.
- You’ll have experience leading and working collaboratively across teams.
- You have the ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment.
- You’ll have tertiary qualification/s in governance, risk management, business, law or related fields.
