Production Coordinator

**Disability Services Australia** provide pathways for people with a disability into employment (mainstream and supported) and independent accommodation. Our Packaging Solutions team pack and label products for national and international businesses.

**What will you be doing?**

You will help to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and new herb farm, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for your team and co-workers.

You will drive and support our contemporary hydroponic farming project using your horticultural knowledge to grow and maintain our edible herbs, as well supporting a diverse team inclusive of people of all abilities (people with a disability and able bodied).

**The Details**:

- Based in Braemar
- Monday - Friday
- Pay rate _$60k + super + salary packaging_
- A great mix of horticulture and team support

**What do you need?**

You will need experience in a warehouse/packaging environment and
- Horticultural experience (Cert II or III highly regarded)
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain) and comfortable loading and unloading trucks
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Willingness to work alongside people with a disability
- Good attention to detail to check stock levels and sign off deliveries
- Current COVID vaccination
