**What you will enjoy doing**
- Achieve individual sales and profit targets
- Develop and maintain call plan
- Identify and maximise all sales opportunities
- Retain existing profitable business
- Source and win new and competitor business opportunities
- Participate in sales planning activities for team
- Identify and communicate regional growth opportunities
- Adhere to best operating commercial practices
- Action all sales leads

**What makes you great**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven commercial acumen
- Written & verbal communication skills
- Understanding of modern business systems
- SAP skills desirable
- BOC product knowledge desirable
- Year 12 or equivalent
- IP - Welding or similar trade qualification desirable
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably within an industrial environment
- Proven delivery of sales targets
