**The Role**

We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide flexible, high-quality support to people with disabilities. No two days are the same You could be:

- Accompanying a participant to the beach, a movie, or a sporting event
- Assisting with medical appointments or personal care
- Providing companionship and support at home

**Who are we looking for? We want people who are**:

- Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
- Experienced in disability support, high care, mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviours of concern
- Hold Cert III in Disability (or equivalent experience)
- Hold current First Aid/CPR certificates, a Working with Children Check, and a full, clean Australian driver’s license
- Have a reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Calm, confident, and able to work independently
- **Have experience with providing tracheotomy care**
**- Have experience with providing mental health supports**

**Extra Requirements**:

- Right to live and work in Australia
- International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
