**Health Economics and Market Access / Sustainability Specialist**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded HEMA / Sustainability Specialist to join our Commercial Team in ANZ. In this newly created and unique role, you’ll contribute to revenue and market share growth by designing and delivering health economic and sustainability initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role.

**What you’ll do**:
**Health Economics and Market Access**:

- Generate local health economic evidence including cost-effectiveness and cost-comparison studies.
- Build sales support tools such as budget impact models and stakeholder education materials.
- Support reimbursement, coding, and funding efforts across ANZ.
- Design and deliver internal training and support to commercial teams on health economics principles.
- Assist Product Managers with any health economic resources or questions around costs involving our products.
- Present economic value to hospital decision-makers and clinical stakeholders.

**Sustainability**:

- Drive the development and local implementation of sustainability initiatives across the business.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders on sustainability strategies and product lifecycle impact.
- Analyse and report on environmental metrics and sustainability performance.
- Partner with procurement, operations, and sales teams to identify opportunities for more sustainable business practices.
- Develop the sustainability narrative and marketing communications.
- Support internal and customer-facing sustainability education.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Market Access or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in Market Access and Health Economics, or related field
- Ability to travel both locally and nationally (ANZ)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage projects from design through to implementation
- Strong understanding of relevant TGA and MedSafe guidelines and policies
- Knowledge of Medicare MBS beneficial
- Strong understanding of the medical device market
- Proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.
