**About the role**:
As a key member of a caring and supportive team, you will provide personalised care to our customers, making a positive impact by ensuring their physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
You will have experience in working with people with dementia, providing guidance to staff and assisting them to identify triggers and implement appropriate strategies.
This is a full time position. Part time hours can be negoitated.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care with Medication Module “HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications” (or employer deemed equivalent)
- Experience in aged care, particulary in working with people living wih dementia
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to satisfy documentation of resident’s care
- An empathy and commitment to the care of the elderly
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
- Current First Aid Certificate
