**Job description**

**Subcontractor/Sole Trader Cleaner - Required for a site in Golden Square, Bendigo**

**Days - **Tuesday & Thursday [weekly 2 days]

[Fortnightly 4 days]

**Start Time - **6.30pm onwards

**Price - **$198.00 (including GST) per fortnight.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, wiping
- Emptying rubbish bins, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
- Cleaning of toilet/kitchen area
- Any other additional duties as and when required

**Job description**
- Must hold an ABN number
- Have appropriate insurance [Public liability] or willing to obtain
- Be registered for GST or willing to apply

**Immediate Start.**
