**Job Description**:
AECOM have made the bold commitment to embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into everything we do. We want to ensure that the work we do in partnership with our clients leaves a positive, lasting impact for communities and our planet. This means we have embedded deep cuts in carbon emissions, resilience to climate change and social equity and inclusion into all our projects.

As the ESG Supplier Engagement Lead, you will facilitate and drive the regional supplier engagement review to support the business to meaningfully impact our projects - achieving net carbon zero emissions, embracing circular economy principles, improving social outcomes for our clients and communities, and fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.

The main components of the role include:

- Facilitating Supplier Engagement Program briefings, onboarding, training and teach-back sessions to internal stakeholders
- Working with supplier organisation to identify appropriate sustainability/operational contacts
- Supporting the delivery of the regional supplier engagement schedule and resourcing plan
- Scheduling and delivering Supplier engagement sessions
- Completing and maintaining data tracking and action management (via SharePoint system)
- Working with ESG and Communication Teams to communicate both corporate and regional-specific messaging regarding progress updates & milestones
- Participating in quarterly progress and feedback meetings facilitated by the Environment Working Group

This role is being offered as an initial 12 month fixed-term contract and can be based at any of our major office locations on the East Coast (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne.)

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in an operational delivery role, with a customer-focused approach. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build solid relationships and provide a high level of support to your key stakeholders.

- Project coordination or supplier management experience - advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of procurement methodology - advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to demonstrate passion, energy and drive
