**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is a casual on-site role as a Support Worker at _N and D Support Services,_ located in Salisbury Park, SA. Each shift is from 2-4 hour positions. Successful applicants will work with clients with complex needs, including those with disabilities or mental health issues. The Support Worker will provide in-home help with daily living activities, support with personal care, and assist with medication administration. Other duties include, accompanying clients to appointments, assisting with grocery shopping, and light housework. Successful applicants will be friendly, outgoing, and empathetic towards clients.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Attention to detail, discretion, and respect for privacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including but not limited to, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in working with clients with disabilities or mental health issues is preferred, but not required.
- Completion of a certificate or diploma in community services or a related field is preferred, but not required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.47 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
