We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused **Night Guest Service Agent** to join our team at **Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel**. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional service during overnight shifts, ensuring guests have a safe, seamless, and enjoyable stay.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries during night shifts
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism
- Monitor hotel security and safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
- Maintain accurate night audit and reporting procedures
- Assist with administrative duties and reservations as required
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience an advantage)
