**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced **Support Worker** to provide personal care and community participation support to a delightful **7-year-old boy with Autism** in Truganina. This role requires someone who is patient, energetic, and committed to making a positive impact on the child’s development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **personal care** support before and after school.
- Facilitate **community participation** to support social and emotional development.
- Build a nurturing and trusting relationship with the child.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and transportation as required.

**Schedule**
- **Monday to Friday**: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Saturday and Sunday**: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- **Experience** working with children with Autism (essential).
- **Driver’s license** and access to a reliable car (essential).
- **Preferably female** and physically fit to meet care needs.
- Friendly, patient, and reliable personality with a passion for supporting children.
