**Warranty Manager - Full Time - Sydney's West**

Highly successful leading company specialising in Architecture builds, committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced **Warranty Manager** to join our dynamic team and oversee the warranty process, ensuring the highest standards of **workmanship** and **customer satisfaction.**

**About the role**

You will be overseeing and managing welders for on-site work, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify and diagnose faults, determining whether they are attributable to our company or the customer.
- Maintain and manage administrative tasks on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct safety checklist audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage architectural build projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

**Requirements for this role**
- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably with a background in **welding, carpentry, or related fields.**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately **diagnose and address faults**.
- Excellent **organisational** and **administrative skills**.
- Demonstrated ability to **manage projects end-to-end**.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
