**Your New Role**

As a **Care Companion **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
- You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
- Roster options ,Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 2.45pm or Monday to Thursday 2.45pm to 9.30pm
- You will require full workrights that are unrestricted hours to meet the 4 day roster per week.

- Able to read and write English
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.50 - $31.24 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.00 per week

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
