**Your New Role**

As a **Care Companion**you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
- You will enjoy working within our **Better Together®**social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
- What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
- **Part Time Afternoon shift Monday to Sunday 2.45PM to 9.00PM**

Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Able to read and write English
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza 2025
- Prerequisite that you have full work rights for this role as its 4 days per week.
