**Restaurant Supervisor - Full Time**

We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same—managing both restaurant service and multiple events at once.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a busy restaurant or event venue ( 2 years minimum experience required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
- Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

**Your role will include**:

- Overseeing daily restaurant operations (open/close shifts)
- Managing table allocations and optimising capacity
- Leading and motivating the floor team
- Coordinating staffing needs
- Ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
- Resetting the venue for the next shift/day

**Details**:

- Full-time position with weekend work required
- Shared supervisory role, allowing for a balance of shifts and work/life flexibility

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Australia (required)
