**About the Position**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Insights Lead who will be responsible for leading the Financial Insight Team that provides ongoing, value-adding financial analysis and reporting to support the City’s service units. The role shares oversight of the Alliance business partnering model and is a financial systems specialist that assists new business system implementations, ETL processes, ongoing process improvements, and researching new process automation opportunities.

The Financial Insights Lead performs the role of system administrator and module champion for the Enterprise Budgeting module of the Ci Anywhere financial system.

In your role as the Financial Insights Lead, you will support the City by:

- Championing the development of systems and processes to ensure optimal ongoing improvement regarding finance processes and reporting in City business areas.
- Educating and empowering Alliance Managers and key staff with strategies that provide optimal control over the financial aspects of relative business areas.
- Assisting the Coordinator Strategic Finance to deliver the business partnering model that provides timely budgeting and financial management reporting services to the organisation.
