**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an inspiring Area Manager to lead our Western Australia services. This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.

Supported by our State Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations across Western Australia, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
- Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction
- Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care — ideally within NDIS
- Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable
- A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
- Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors
- Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach

**Additional Requirements**:

- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of valid work rights in Australia
- Australian Drivers licence
