We are looking for an organisational change manager or lead with great project management skills to join one of our larger clients as they embark on rolling out 4 phases of a large business transformation.

You will be working closely with People and Culture, Change, and transformation teams as well as the business units to plan and coordinate how the business will roll out the changes. A large part of the role will be working with stakeholders to agree on the appropriate implementation of workstreams including strategy, approach, planning, team, governance and forums.

You will champion and drive business readiness assessments leading up to each implementation.

You will need to have experience in the following areas;
- Strong project management and governance skills
- Experience working in an organisational change environment
- Fantastic organisational skills and stakeholder management
- A strong focus on customer service and solid leadership skills
- Previous experience working on transformation projects and with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven ability to consistently meet project deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical reasoning, interpretation, and evaluation of complex information.
