Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? Synergy Community Services is seeking dedicated **Casual Support Workers** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with varying needs, including disability and mental health.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and community access.
- Promote independence and social inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, mental health, or community services.
- Current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
- competence in stoma care and management prefered

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
