**Implementation Specialist - Primary, Aged and Community Care (PACC)**

At Primary, Aged and Community Care our team is focused on supporting and enabling the great work of the nurses, doctors, administrators, and health professionals that serve our community. PACC provides solutions to support the next evolution of efficiencies and clinical excellence across Aged Care, Primary Care, and Community Health.

**The Role**

**THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A 2 YEAR FIXED TERM**

**Key Accountabilities**

The primary objective of this role is to deliver Professional Services for Primary, Aged, and Community Care (PACC) products to new and existing clients by Project management of the end-to-end delivery of our solutions, conducting business analysis workshops, and authoring the resulting documentation, developing and/or conduct formal training programs including necessary materials for PACC Community products.

**What You’ll Bring**

Pharmacy or clinical qualifications and experience are essential to be successful in this role alongside the following:

- Previous experience developing and conducting formal training programs in classroom and webinar format.
- Project Management experience
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex material to present in a coherent format.
- Willing to travel domestically within Australia when required.
- Experience in community care and/or disability sector.
- Self-starter with analytical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and scheduling.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Products.

Knowledge of the Electronic National Residential Medication Chart (eNRMC) is desirable, along with a strong understanding of business fundamentals, staff rostering, and government funding requirements, and the ability to facilitate workshops across an organization and manage multiple stakeholders and agendas.
