**About the Company**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Support Officer to join a large NSW government organisation based in Parramatta. The team consists of talented individuals who collaborate to achieve business objectives.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint 2 Digital Content Support Officers. This position will provide administrative and technical assistance to Senior Content Officers. It involves working closely as a team to plan all the tasks to assist with the successful migration of content into a Drupal CMS and existing website, transferring from a Sitecore CMS.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- The Drupal Project involves the re-platforming of the Departments website to a Drupal Content Management System (CMS). It supports the broader NSW government-wide OneCX program to create a unified, customer-centric, and innovative experience across all NSW Government websites.
- The website has more than 5,000 pages of content and upwards of 5 million page views per year.
- Assist the project team in the successful review, retirement, and transition of content from the existing Sitecore content management system to Drupal.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to Senior Content Officers.
A particular focus will be the pre-content migration tasks.
- Tidying up of content in Sitecore CMS including saving and archiving of content, image, and video assets.
- Archiving and unpublishing of content on the Sitecore CMS
- Identifying and documenting broken media files, problems with tables and other issues with content.
- Creating spreadsheets of duplicate page titles.
- Identify images with the same file name.
- Mapping and documenting components, guided by Senior Content Officers.
- Find Teamsite links and redirect in website content, update and remove.
- Assist with review of analytics and documentation of technical queries or functional requirements.

**About You**
- Sitecore and Drupal skills essential.
- Technical and digital expertise relating to websites and content.
- Strong administration skills.
- Government experience preferred
