**About the Position**:
We are looking for an experienced POS System Implementation Technician for an immediate start. Based in our Support Office in Sydney you will be responsible to for the roll out of the POS hardware across our store network (travel will be required). We are looking for a person who has passion and a self-learning attitude.

You will be part of the IT Helpdesk team that support our retail stores from end to end with any IT related issues.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the POS Installations across our national store network
- Windows support, configuration and installation of new POS
- Configure and coordinate changes on POS System post implementation
- 3rd party Technician management when required
- Eftpos Terminal support
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist with repairs of IT products
- Ensure asset register up to date

**About You**:

- Availability to travel to our store network on a weekly basis
- 3-5 years' experience in Point of Sales System Support
- IT background, Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
- SharePoint and Exchange online experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritising skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about retail industry
- Ability to work in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Autonomous and mature personality
- Networking experience, including Router configs and troubleshooting
