We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage all aspects of our instore operation.

**The Opportunity**:
You’ll be responsible to manage all aspects of in-store operations on a full-time basis. In this hands-on diverse and busy role, you will operate our in-store Muffin Break Café, oversee a high volume of children’s birthday parties and private functions as well as ensure the safe operation of the playground. You’ll be responsible for managing bookings and enquiries as well as well as the day-to-day operation in line with our C.R.O.C.S standards. Cleanliness, Retail Experience, Operations, Customer Experience, Safety.

**What you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing people in addition to growing sales, managing costs and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment
- Can do attitude with the ability to act autonomously, efficiently and resiliently
- Passion for creating a supporting and motivating team culture.
- Valid First Aid Certificate & Working with Children’s check
