**400 Gradi**is looking for an experienced and motivated **Assistant Venue Manager**to join our team

This **full-time role** is for hospitality professionals who are passionate about leadership and want to take the next step in their career by supporting the Venue Manager in the overall management of our Eastlands location.

**Required**
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a leadership role within hospitality
- RSA certification
- Must be available **Thursday to Monday** (rotating roster)
- **Immediate start**:

- Experience in rostering, stock control, cost management, and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of **Work Health and Safety (WHS)** requirements
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a **high-volume venue**

**Salary**
- **Full-time**: $70,000 - $75,000 (excluding super)

**Location** - Eastlands, VIC

**The Assistant Venue Manager role**

As Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a **hands-on leadership role** in the daily operations of the venue. You’ll support the Venue Manager with staff training and development, rostering, stock and cost control, and financial reporting.

You will be a role model for exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations and a positive culture across the team. Applicants must be highly organised, professional, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages is favourable, but not essential.

**You will need**
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in hospitality at an equivalent level
- RSA certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop staff
- Experience with rostering, stock control, and cost management
- Ability to interpret and manage financial reports
- Commitment to WHS standards and company policies
- Professional presentation and grooming
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume venue
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
