We are seeking a **Voice Network / Administrator** who will work in conjunction with several other roles that bolster the skills, knowledge, and capacity for Metcash IT to deliver a greater level of Voice and Mobile services with both the existing tool set and any future tool sets. The role will include all aspects of Voice and Mobile device administration providing support to two teams within Cloud Operations with the lead team being Datacentre and Voice Services.

**What you’ll do**
- Participate in day to day management of the Voice platforms, Fixed, Web and Mobile including associated remediation, reporting and vendor liaison
- Implementing improvements to and participating in incident response design and response activities as they related to voice services
- Operational Administration of the Voice and Mobile device technology & services including financial process (PO's, invoices, cost allocation)
- Operational Administration of the Network, including switching and WiFi

**What you’ll bring**
- Technical diagnostics and resolution skills
- Customer Support or Administration related role - Telecommunications industry experience preferred
- Experience in IT support processes
- Experience with Voice Administration technologies (Mitel) a bonus.
- Experience in Operational Management of Data Networks (SDWan, Cisco switching)
