**The Company**

For the last 30+ years, our client has manufactured purpose built pumping systems designed to their client’s requirements and specifications with a proven reputation of high quality, reliability and service.

Providing high end, niche equipment and services to industries across mining, oil and gas, manufacture, agriculture, utilities, chemical and construction.

Due to the internal promotion of the existing Mechanical TA in our clients Special Projects Division, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and resourceful Mechanical TA.

**The Role**

Based in our clients Mechanical Department the work mainly involves the mechanical assembly of a wide range of water management and pumping equipment that may include;
- **Fire Fighting Skid Based Pumps**:

- **Trailer Based Pumps**:

- **High Pressure Pumps Skids**:

- **Diesel Powered Pump Skids**:

- **Bore Pumps Skids**

Working in a small team or autonomously, you will be working off manufacturing documents that includes detailed plans and parts lists, where you will be required to build the equipment from skids or trailers from the ground up, where you will be fitting and installing a wide range of components such as;
- **Pumps**:

- **Diesel Motors**:

- **Electrical Motors**:

- **Trailer Brakes & Accessories**:

- **Manifolds**:

- **Pipe Spools**:

- **Valves**:

- **Brackets, Lifting Points and Engine Mounts**

Although not essential, part of the role, if applicable is moving equipment on a fork lift. This will require an experienced fork lift operator especially those that have moved skid based equipment or ugly freight.
- **Mechanical Assembly**:

- **TA - Mechanical**:

- **TA - Industrial Plumbing (Fixed Plant)**:

- **Process or Plant technicians**:

- **High Risk - Fork Lift License**:

- **Experience in lifting heavy loads on fork lifts**:

- **Dogging or Rigging heavy loads for Overhead Cranes**:

- **Operating Overhead Cranes**

**Remuneration**

Depending on your experience the pay rate will be between;
- **$34.00 to $38.00 per hour**:

- **+ Over Time**:

- **+ Super**:

- **Working Hours between 38 to 55 Per Week**:

- **Temp to Perm (Sign over onto our client's books after 3-6 months)**
