**Cosy Home and Community Care** is an NDIS provider that is committed to delivering high quality care to people in their homes with support services tailored to their individual needs.

**Essential skills and competencies**:

- Australian Citizen
- Certificate IV in Disability (preferred)
- Cert IV in Mental Health (Highly regarded)
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check [Employee]
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 & a valid CPR
- Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written English

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 yrs as SIL Team Lead
- Must be able to do Personal Care
- Have experience working in SIL Home as a Team Lead or a team lead/supervisory role in the disability sector.
- Must have worked with young adults in the LGBTQ community
- Experience Mental Health preferred.
- Experience Complex Clients with behavioural issue.
