At **Online Education Services (OES)**, we’re looking for a **Data Analyst** who’s ready to dive deep into student data and help transform learning experiences across the globe.

**About the Role**

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving student retention and satisfaction by:

- Analysing internal and external data to uncover insights into student behavior.
- Supporting retention initiatives through statistical modeling and forecasting.
- Evaluating the impact of student interventions and communications.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

**About You**

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality results under deadlines

**_Desirable:_**
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, Chalice)
