WesTrac are looking for an **Injury Management Advisor **to join our team based in South Guildford.

Reporting to the General Manager - Safety, Security and Risk, this individual will this role is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of Worker’s Compensation, Journey to Work and Income Protection claims and Return to Work programs. They will be accountable for ensuring legislative compliance in alignment with WorkCover WA and works in conjunction with the relevant health and medical professionals, insurance agencies and WorkCover WA.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in injury management field (health, occupational therapy) or significant relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated exceptional level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Significant experience in a similar Injury Management/Return to Work coordination capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge, understanding and ability to interpret legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures relevant to Australian and State Specific Workers Compensation and Injury Management
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Ability to work in an effective partnership with key stakeholders, autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of or previous experience with EHS Global systems desirable but not essential
