At Boxer Gym, we're more than just a fitness space — we’re a passionate community focused on performance, empowerment, and real results. We specialise in boxing, strength, and endurance training and aim to create a high-energy, supportive atmosphere that helps members grow inside and outside the gym. Boxer will open its doors mid - end of May 2025, located in Narellan, NSW.

**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced **Group Fitness Coach** to lead our signature **strength and endurance** classes. These 45-minute sessions combine progressive overload, functional movement, and high-intensity intervals to build total-body strength, muscular endurance, and fitness capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach structured and high-energy strength & endurance classes
- Deliver proper demonstrations, modifications, and technique corrections
- Encourage members of all fitness levels in a motivating and inclusive way
- Be punctual, professional, and a great team player
- Contribute ideas to elevate the group training experience

**About You**
- Based in Narellan or surrounding areas
- Cert III or IV in Fitness (required)
- Previous experience in small group or functional training settings
- Confident with coaching barbell work, HIIT, and bodyweight training
- Passionate about building a fitness community and supporting members' growth
- Flexible hours and availability to work within class schedules and requirements
