**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious A/B class Asbestos Removalist to join our growing company. You will work on a wide range of projects from small domestic removals/makesafes to larger commercial removals and demolitions, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely remove and dispose of Friable and Non-Friable Asbestos materials in accordance with the relevant legislation/regulations.
- Prepare, set-up, and maintain clean work areas.
- Operation and maintenance of all asbestos removal machinery/tools
- Accurately and promptly complete required documentation (SWMS, Inspection reports, etc)
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and other contractors

**Requirements**:

- Current A and/or B class Asbestos Removal Licence
- White Card
- Current Drivers Licence
- Sound knowledge of asbestos handling and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Competent using tablets/phones for report writing and data capture
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in varied environments
- Willingness to travel throughout Queensland as required

**Desirable**
- Supervise Asbestos Removal ticket (CPCCDE4008 or equivalent)
- High-Risk Tickets (EWP, Forklift, Working at Heights)
- Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Asbestos removal licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
