This is a key management role for the business, responsible for maximising sales and driving effective retail operations for our VIC region. You will be store based and manage up to 4 other stores.** **This role requires travel and reports to the Business Operations Manager of the Pop Up and Outlet division & the National Sales Manager

- Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing in-store teams; management of up to 5 stores
- Driving projected sales & KPI's to reach and exceed company profitability targets
- Wage percentage goals
- Conducting stocktakes
- People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
- Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
- Recruitment, Training and development of store teams
