Ongoing Contract Opportunity on large-scale Oil and Gas project. FIFO to Roma from Brisbane 18/10 Roster.
**Your new company**
Our client is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. Due to an influx of work on a major project they are looking to engage multiple mechanical fitters on a 18/10 roster from Brisbane to Roma.
**Your new role**
As the Mechanical Fitter you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of large generators and gas-powered machinery associated with Oil & Gas operations and activities. You will work closely in a team alongside Electricians, Trade Assistants and Sheet Metal Workers and will assist each other in meeting the operational targets of the business in line with their maintenance contracts. This role works on a 18/10 roster from Brisbane to Roma.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in the resources or oil & gas sector and be well equipped with the knowledge and experience to work safely and competently in this type of environment. You will preferably be experienced with shut down and maintenance projects and be able to mobilise at short notice.
