**About the role**
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better.

Key responsibilities:

- Write business rules, data mapping rules, change requests and produce and test data for MBS within the Operations BU
- Reconcile MBS and PAYG data to ensure financial information to members is accurate and complete
- Manage system refreshes, test data, and timeframes for data quality fixes
- Research and critically analyse business processes related to the delivery of MBS’ and PAYGs
- Make recommendations and assist in development and implementation of business improvement solutions to optimise the statements and improve services provided to members

**About you**

You are an excellent communicator with high level stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience in the superannuation industry. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

- Diploma of Superannuation - ASFA and/or RG146 qualifications highly desirable
- Experience working in a superannuation specialist role in a variety of complex situations, preferably in a program/project environment
- Proven ability using appropriate business analysis and change management tools and principles
- Demonstrated planning and problem-solving skills
