**Job Description**:
We have a unique opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual with a strong interest in sustainability to be appointed into an Analyst role reporting directly to the National Director, Head of Sustainability.

**Some of your key responsibilities **may** include**:

- Compiling construction documentation to finalise Green Star and WELL ratings for new development projects
- Driving the implementation and adoption of sustainability initiatives across the Colliers managed Portfolio including but not limited to: energy & water efficiency, waste management and utilities performance
- Identifying and implementing strategic sustainability programs including pursuing third party funding opportunities for Clients under management
- Remaining abreast of market changes and technology adoption in relation to smart buildings, ESG and wellness to ensure we are driving thought leadership with clients

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Green Star Design & As-Built and / or New Buildings is essential.
- Sustainability, Architectural, Engineering or Science Tertiary Qualifications is desirable.
- Experience in WELL Core is desirable.
- Experience in a similar role exceeding 2 years is desirable.
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy, the construction industry or property management is desirable.
- NABERS Energy and Water Assessor qualifications is desirable.
