**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank.

The Product Manager for Qantas Premier Credit Cards is a key role within the Qantas White Label Commercial & Product Team, which sits within the Citi-branded & White Label Cards & Loans division of National Australia Bank (NAB).

The position is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day business outcomes for the Qantas Premier credit card portfolio in support of the Senior Commercial Manager and managing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Day to day you will**:

- Assist in the execution of strategies to optimise key product profitability drivers and maximise revenue, including product construct changes and new features.
- Support and execute relevant partnership servicing and marketing communications to customers, including regulatory and compliance mandates. This may include preparing business/vendor briefs, data briefs, seeking approvals (AB/CA), execution (Sales Force) and fulfilment
- Manage vendor relationships and briefing for plastics, collateral, mail house orders and creative agencies
- Support Acquisition and Portfolio activity across various channels in order to meet financial and business objectives
- Work in partnership with Digital Banking, Consumer Tech and Partners for the delivery of tech enhancement as part of Partnership roadmap and governance of production incidents
- Work within Product team and with other Stakeholders, as required, to ensure that the business meets required KPIs for service and quality; ensure Partner receives regular and timely reporting on contractual metrics
- Assist in the preparation of Partner reviews, including presentation development containing new proposals, project status updates and performance data with analysis of work undertaken

**What you will bring**:
With superb stakeholder management and 1st class communication and interpersonal skills that are second to none, you come to us with:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Economics or Business
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry and ideally in the Unsecured Lending business
- Ability to multi-task under pressure, in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Analysis and decision-making experience
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships
- Understanding of the business and its customers, while consistently look for opportunities to improve business performance.
- Experience leading Change and Innovation and Operational Execution
