We are currently on the lookout for an Internal Sales / Counter Sales to join our amazing team on a full-time permanent basis.

**The Opportunity**

This is a full-time position based at Seadan a leading security company with a nationwide presence in Bowen Hills. Seadan is renowned for providing industry-leading customer service and technical support, selling market-leading brands such as Dahua, Aiphone, ASSA Abloy and Bosch, just to name a few. This is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment which will keep you challenged and busy

**The role**:

In the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:

- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Bowen Hills, **Brisbane
**.** Work hours are regular business hours Monday to Friday.
